It all started with Tom. After years of experience in installation engineering, he decided to start his own business. His dream was to deliver real craftsmanship, in his own way: personal, reliable and with attention for the customer. What started with taking on individual orders quickly grew into his own company, in which he put all his expertise and eye for detail. His approach: first-class installations with a personal touch.

Strong together: our story
Airco Bollenstreek soon became a real family business. As demand continued to grow, father Paul joined Tom to help with installation. He has been around for years and jumps in when needed. Not much later, mother Marian joined the team as administrative assistant. The result? A family business where everyone does their bit – and where every customer immediately feels welcome.

A close-knit team, focused on quality and growth
What started as a one-man business is now a full-fledged family business in which everyone has found their role. We continue to grow, but always with quality and a personal approach as our guiding principles. As an official training company, we like to share our knowledge and train young talents. We now have three F-gas-certified fitters, Tom, Teun and Wouter and Eric as a heating engineer in our team. For us, it’s simple. We only grow if we can be sure that we maintain the quality our customers are used to.
